    …We have say 2200 Imps. (1/2 sheets) printed
    backs
    belonging to the State, but no unprinted water mark paper.  The amount wanted by ‘The Bank of
    Corning
    ’ will require 1250 Imps.  Altering the pledge dies will cost from 25 to 30 dollars.  We altered the Williamsburgh pledge dies on their ½ plate without charge as they were subjected to the loss of $ 52
