This is an "Absolutely Gorgeous" 65 Malibu SS convertible, LS Resto-Mod, 138 VIN that has undergone a frame off build, done in a "Show Quality" Torch Red, base coat clear coat, sanded and wheeled smooth, slick as glass, new tinted windshield; all other glass is original in excellent condition, new convertible top, new weather stripping and window felts, all window stainless and upper body stainless is original in excellent condition, new correct side view mirror, new door handles, new emblems, original grill and head light bezels in excellent condition, re-chromed front bumper, new wheel well moldings, rocker moldings have also been replaced, new tail lights with blue dots (also have LED tail lights included), new decklid and quarter moldings, re-chromed rear bumper.
Factory black bucket seat console interior, dash has been reconditioned; as well as dash bezel, dash pad looks like new, nicely outfitted with AM/FM/Cassette direct-fit stereo, kick panel speakers, power antenna, factory steering column updated with cruise control, billet steering wheel, black convertible top with parade boot, new front and rear door panels, seats have been reupholstered with leather, front seats where nicely updated with added bolsters - which are very comfortable, updated with front seat belts, original center console, shifter has been reworked to work properly with the 4L60 overdrive automatic trans, new carpet and floor mats, new sill plates.
Under the hood has been nicely updated with a LS1 5.7 liter, fuel injected, power steering, power front disc brakes, heavy duty radiator with heavy duty electric fan, serpentine front drive kit, cruise control, front suspension has been completely rebuilt and updated with QA1 fully adjustable coil over shocks and springs, oversized sway bar, set of long tube ceramic coated Hooker headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back in stock location with "H" pipe, this strong running LS is backed up a 4L60 overdrive automatic trans, stainless fuel tank with built in fuel pump, 12 bolt posi rear with 373 gear, updated with Hotchkis control arms.
Rides on a set of new chrome US Mag Ramblers 17x7 all around with 215/55 up front and 235/55 out back.
Comes with spare tire and custom car cover.
