A 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS tribute in Hugger Orange and a 383 Stroker under the hood is truly an ideal machine. When you can find one that has been upgraded for added power and stance, it makes for a turn-key intimidation machine. There are even Front Wheel 6 piston Baer disc brakes for superior stopping power. A Stroked out Chevelle has a mean machine attitude, and it only gets better when finished in a high-quality Hugger Orange. Plus, there are nice details, like newer headlights and the mirror-like glow of the form-fitting chrome bumpers. Of course, the big draw is the extra added aggressiveness and stance of the front tubular A-arms that give it that attitude of being ready for any corner. They even added 18-inch Boss Motorsports wheels on the front and 20-inch in the rear to enhance both the shine and the stance. The look continues inside with the seats, door panels, and headliner all with a bright inviting appearance. There are some great classic car details, like the premium button-top seatbacks and the Astro Ventilation tag on the dash that reminds you this was the first year they didn't need the side vent window. And as a true muscle car who doesn’t want their date night out on the town to be so far apart. That’s why this one has the Chevys best known split bench love seat. With that add power steering, and round gauges with a full readout trio installed under the dash. Under the hood, the smooth black inner walls funnel your attention to the bold motor in the middle. The callouts on the badging say 350, but this is way better with a 383 Stroker powerhouse. This 383 has the right upgrades, like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and long tube headers. The motor fires up with a wicked rumble with COMP Mutha Thumpr cam making all the noise. The TH350 three-speed automatic transmission is both stout and smooth. It feeds a 10-bolt rear end. Plus, the6 Piston Baer power disc brakes and BFGoodrich sport tires are two excellent upgrades to provide proper control.
