2 Vintage  IRS Internal Revenue Service Award Plaque  Crest Accountant.  25 and 30 year service awards.  They do show minor scratches as shown.

Regarding shipping:  I ship all items next business day.  I do not control how long it takes you to get your items via any particular carrier.  Also, I do not control shipping fees.  For those of you that don't know, eBay and the various carriers calculate and quote you the shipping fees based on my ship from zip code (21773) and your ship to zip code as registered with
eBay.  I don't see what eBay is quoting you until after you have paid for the item.  What I can tell you, is that I lose money on every single item that I ship.  Not only does eBay take approximately 15% of what they quote you, before they forward it to me, I don't charge for boxes, bubble mailers, bubble wrap, void fill, heavy duty 3M tape, fragile stickers, this end up labels, etc. etc. etc.  I tell you this because people are forever asking me to lower "my shipping".   I personally don't have shipping fees, eBay and the carriers have shipping fees.  As far as what eBay likes to call "free shipping".  There is no such thing as "free shipping".  I don't really know whats achieved by adding shipping to the price of the item up front and then telling buyers that it's "free shipping", but eBay gives sellers preferential listing placement if you do so, so from time to time, when the item is small and the risk for me losing even more money is relatively minimal, I do play along.
