RETURN POLICY
*** Regarding clothes and costumes please refer to the sizing chart above. Refunds will not be provided due to incorrect sizing selections. In addition to the conditions listed below please note that clothes and costumes are not returnable unless the are in the exact same condition as they were sent ~ free of any damage,  not previously worn and unsoiled. Refunds will ONLY be provided upon thorough inspection of the returned article and approval of its condition. ***

PLEASE NOTE that the following conditions apply:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We hand deliver each and every order to the US Post Office.
We pride ourselves on making every possible attempt to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment via PayPal on weekdays.
If payment is received Saturday after 9 am or on a Sunday, shipment will be made the following Monday.
~ All Shipping is handled by the USPS and items are sent USPS Parcel Post or First Class Mail as soon as payment is received through Pay Pal.
~ Media items are shipped via Media Mail but we will only ship items using this option that are officially designated as Media.
~ How a package is shipped is also dependent on the weight of the package.
~ Calculated shipping costs are set by the USPS - we do not "pad" or add to those costs.
~ If the shipping cost of an item has been miscalculated and you are being overcharged, we will refund the difference to your payPal account.
~ Although every item is packed Very Carefully to ensure that it reaches you safely, intact, and just as it is pictured and described, we have no control over it once it leaves our hands and cannot be held responsible once it has been processed by the USPS.
