On the front of the offered document is the name and data of the Jew such as:
    name: Rindskopf (Beefhead)
    first name: Kurt Israel
born: 16. November 1920 in Fürth in bavaria

Underneath is the printed text: "German citizenship declared revoked by notice of  11. January 1941 published in number 12 of the German Reich Gazette

Kurt "Israel" Rindskopf has been in the Mauthausen concentration camp since March 13, 1941
By the name change decree of January 1939, every Jew had to take the name Israel and every Jewess the name Sara.
