    Nice Rare Vintage XL Northwest Airlines White Flight Attendant Coat and Maroon Bow Tie.  Not sure what the S and XL is for. Perhaps a small extra large. There are some stains on the front by the stomach area. Also on a few spots on the sleeves.  Sorry about the reflection.
