Powers on as shown. Screen displays a timer, and the message 'New Battery' pressing a few buttons, the unit seems to respond, so it seems like those work, but I'm not sure how to test this further. Because I can't test this, it is being sold AS-IS with no returns for any reason. This is only guaranteed to power up as shown.
There are quite a few deep scratches on the case, and the filter on the fan has almost completly disintegrated.
If there is a self test or something simple that I'd be able to do, I'd be happy to test it further if you tell me what you need me to check, just let me know.
Comes with the unit shown, nothing else is included.
