Well, it is just a hard hat after all... but, I have been wearing hard hats on and off for my entire 45 years of adult working life. And I am a fat head, size 75 5/8 I think? And, in the past like most I just wear what is available, whatever the company buys (usually the cheapest). And, after a time I would often get a dull headache, the suspension harness would push on some part of my skull in a way that you would not really notice all that much but over time would give me a low grade headache that I would just ignore.Guys, I am here to tell ya this is the Cadillac of hard hats when it comes to comfort. I actually find myself putting it on in situation where I would normally be looking to take it off. It is the harness inside that makes it so good, my hats off (on actually) to ya Milwaukee. Do not always love ya, but you got this one right!Unlike most reviews on this and other sites this review was not created by someone being paid to do so and never actually has ever even seen the product. I really do wear a hard hat, and I really do own two of these (in each style), and I really do love it.That is all.

Just got this in today. Very comfortable nice fit. Love the feel and is lighter than most cheaper helmets even with the headlamp.

Just tear out the vent stuff and this is the best hard hat I have ever had. Trust me on this this is the best hard hat I have had in over 20 years of wearing hard hats. It is not cheap plastic is is glass fiber nylon the same stuff high end drill, Makita etc, use for a casing. THIS IS WORTH THE PRICE!!!

good hard hat for summer and winter it is nice on the head and it has a sweat band in the hat its self the vents open and close I had a free tester from Klein Tools and I have loved this hard hat

Klein sent me this free hard hat through The Klein Crusaders club. This is one of the best hard hats I have ever owned. If you want a hard hat that is comfortable, sturdy, and just overall well built this is for you. This is my honest opinion of this hard hat.

I’m a member of Klein Crusaders program. Klein Tools has provided me with free product and additional incentives to provide an honest review of this product. This hard hat is easily the most comfortable hard hats I’ve tried. I wear a hard hat on the job site everyday and with no question I won’t wear another. It has vented option that will keep your head cool in the hotter months, and it does make a difference! Klein has made this for comfort and safety, and it shows and feels that way. It is also good style and the head lamp holder is nice addition. I didn’t take the option of the headlamp but added afterwards and it’s perfect. Highly recommend this and if you are looking for a hard hat, you can just buy this and quit your search! Klein gave me the product to try, but my opinion is mine and the truth!

Feels heavy in hand but weightless on your head. Vents are awsome to circulate fresh air around your head. I have what some consider a big head but this fits great with room leftover

been using the hard hat for a some time now, and its the most comfortable lid I've owned. I'll have it on all day without realizing it. The adjustable back ratchet is a big plus. i would definatly recommend to anyone in the trades.

Klein gave me free product and incentives to give an honest review of this hard hat. I am an IBEW electrician, and this hard hat is by far the most comfortable hard hat I have ever used. The wicking liner vastly helps on those hotter days and keeps the hard hat secure. The click knob in the back makes it pretty easy to adjust, even with gloves on. The hard hat is a little heavier than most, but feels pretty substantial and the inner support mitigates any neck fatigue that the extra weight may cause. The removable magnetic light is extremely handy, especially when working up in a ceiling with metal framed studs or in a building with pan deck floors. I wish it was a little brighter, though. Also, a rechargeable headlamp would even be more beneficial. But when up close, the headlamp really lights up the work area, it just doesn’t pierce through the darkness over long distances very well. Overall, a very handy buy especially when trying to cut down on the awkwardness of cumbersome PPE. I would highly recommend.

I apsolutly love it! Once you wear it you wont be wanting to take it off its the most comfortable hard had i ever own its not like the other where you porring sweat this one keeps you cool of you looking for a hard hat this is defently the one you ned to get

Returns

Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 60 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 60 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
